One of the key roles of my team was to lead the sell-in of seasonal brand and in-store marketing with Key Accounts. Alpha Khaki was Dockers flagship product program (pictured above). Considerable time was spent with Dockers premium key accounts to secure floor space, fixture programs, product visuals in-store, and promotions on the retailer's ecommerce sites. The commercial success of this program significantly contributed to lowering the average age of the Dockers consumer and revitalizing the brand's relevance.
The task of elevating the Dockers on-floor experience with key retailers also fell under my team's responsibility. We partnered with several of Dockers key accounts on the design and roll out of both fixture programs as well as new shop-in-shop concepts. Updated floor sets were installed at JCP and Kohl's, improving the positioning and prominence of the brand's presentation.
